This privacy policy explains how Audera Technologies ("Audera", "we") handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us or use our radio monitoring, transcription and analysis services (the "Services").

1. Data we collect

Website visitors

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.

Contact and monitoring requests

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, email address and message. When you create an account and set up jobs, we collect your email address and the sources, monitoring periods and criteria you enter. Payments are processed by Stripe; we store the payment reference, not your card details. We use this information to operate your account, deliver the jobs you order and communicate with you.

Customer-provided audio and derived data

To deliver a monitoring job we record the feed you provide and generate transcripts, extracted entities, events and reports from it. This material may contain personal data of third parties who are audible on the feed. We process it solely on your instructions as part of the Services.

2. How we use data

  • To respond to enquiries and operate your account and jobs.
  • To perform monitoring jobs and deliver the agreed results.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Services and this website.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer audio, transcripts, derived data or reports for advertising, and we do not use them to train, fine-tune or improve any proprietary or third-party artificial intelligence, machine learning or large language model. All audio processing and analysis is performed strictly within the scope of, and for the duration of, your specific job.

3. Legal basis

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process contact data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and performing pre-contractual steps at your request, and job data on the basis of the contract with you. Where we act as a processor of audio and derived data on your behalf, you are responsible for establishing a lawful basis for monitoring the feed, as described in our terms of service.

4. Sharing and sub-processors

We use cloud infrastructure providers to host the website, store recordings and run transcription and analysis. These providers process data on our instructions under data processing agreements. We do not share customer audio or results with anyone else unless required by law or authorized by you.

5. Retention

Contact request data is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement. Recordings, transcripts and reports from a monitoring job are retained for the period agreed with you after delivery, and deleted afterwards or earlier on your request. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Security

Recordings and results are stored encrypted at rest and transferred over encrypted connections. Access is limited to what is necessary to perform the Services.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page.

8. International transfers

Data may be stored or processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
