Customers who need to know what was communicated over a defined period provide the source, a radio channel, a stream, recordings or a receiver, the period and their questions. Audera records the source, transcribes it with timestamps, identifies relevant events and entities and delivers the recordings, transcripts, event data and a written report. Technology focus
Audera builds the pipeline that turns a live audio feed into a searchable, verifiable record: continuous capture and segmentation of the feed, automated speech recognition for timestamped transcription, extraction of keywords, entities and events from the transcript, and generation of a timeline and written report in which every finding references its source audio. The pipeline runs on cloud infrastructure that is started for each monitoring job and stopped when the job ends, which is what makes short, fixed-period monitoring practical.
